Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, energetic Account Associate to join our winning team. Responsibilities
- Conduct customer-focused, needs-based reviews to educate clients on insurance options
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs
- Market appropriate products and services aligned with customer goals
- Collaborate with the agent to set and achieve marketing objectives
- Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to integrity and success
- Communicate effectively to meet customer needs and support business growth
Requirements
- Enthusiasm for learning about insurance and financial products
- Sales experience preferred but not required
- Proven ability to meet sales goals preferred
- Excellent written, verbal, and auditory communication skills
- Self-motivation and initiative
- Comfort making presentations to potential customers
- Experience in marketing is a plus
- Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses
